Personal data we may process
Depending on your use of the platform, we may process account information, email address, login/session data, subscription status, order information, Stripe customer and checkout identifiers, support messages, generated product prompts, generated content metadata, technical logs and security events.
Purpose of processing
Data is processed to provide access to the platform, deliver subscriptions and digital products, manage billing and payments, protect the service against misuse, provide support, improve product quality and comply with legal obligations.
Payments
Payments are handled through Stripe. Resell Empire does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment details, customer identifiers, billing details and transaction information according to Stripe's own terms and privacy documentation.
AI-generated content
When you use product generation, mockup generation, translation or related tools, prompts and generated outputs may be processed by third-party API providers in order to deliver the requested functionality. Do not submit sensitive personal data, confidential business secrets or data you are not authorized to process.
Cookies and similar technologies
Resell Empire may use technically necessary cookies for login, sessions, security, cart/checkout flow and platform functionality. These are required for the service to work.
If analytics, marketing pixels, embedded media, social integrations or similar non-essential technologies are enabled, they should only be used after valid consent where required. Users should be able to withdraw consent and access cookie information.
Retention
Account, order and subscription data is kept as long as needed to provide the service, document transactions, maintain security and comply with accounting or legal obligations. Generated content and related metadata may be kept while the account is active unless deletion is requested and deletion is technically and legally possible.
Your rights

Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the platform. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and keeping copies of important outputs.
Updates
This policy may be updated when the platform, legal requirements or third-party integrations change.
