Service description
Resell Empire provides access to AI-assisted tools for creating digital product systems, training materials, webinar assets, coaching and mentoring structures, mockups, sales materials, agency delivery kits and related business assets.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. You must not use the platform for unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, spam, malware, deceptive claims or content you are not authorized to create or distribute.
AI-generated output
AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or unsuitable suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, testing and legally clearing any output before using, selling, publishing or delivering it to others.
No guarantee of results
Resell Empire does not guarantee revenue, sales, rankings, business results, legal compliance, platform acceptance, ad approval or customer outcomes. The platform provides tools and generated materials; business results depend on your own offer, market, execution, compliance and sales process.
Data loss and backup responsibility
You are responsible for keeping independent backups of important prompts, generated content, exports, product packages, client work and business materials. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resell Empire is not responsible for data loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, business interruption or consequential losses caused by use of the tools, user error, third-party API failures, hosting incidents or technical issues.
Payments, subscriptions and add-ons
Subscriptions and paid add-ons are billed through Stripe. Prices, billing intervals and included usage are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Add-ons may cover API usage, generation capacity, mockup capacity, webinar tools, telephony bridge features or white-label functionality.
Refund policy
Digital products, generated output, subscriptions and add-ons may involve immediate API consumption, computing cost and digital delivery. Refunds are therefore not offered once access, generation, API usage or digital delivery has started, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
For purchases by consumers where withdrawal rights apply, immediate delivery of digital content or digital services may require express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost when delivery begins. Business/B2B purchases are handled according to these terms and applicable mandatory law.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled according to the available account or billing process. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments, used add-ons, generated outputs or API consumption unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Third-party services
The platform may integrate with services such as Stripe, OpenAI, Lang2Me, Dropbox, Twilio or other API providers. Availability, pricing, quality and processing by third parties may change. Resell Empire is not responsible for outages or changes caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resell Empire's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the relevant billing period. Resell Empire is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, lost revenue, lost profits, loss of goodwill or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
